Gerard Love bassist with Teenage Fanclub has a new band project Lightships with support from Bob Kildea (Belle & Sebastian), Tom Crossley (The Pastels) and fellow Fanclub members Dave McGowan and Brendan O’Hare, Electric Cables is out April 3rd on Domino Records on both CD and vinyl, there’s a 7″ inch out too entitled Sweetness in her Spark due March 26th – here’s the single and lead track from the album, sounding very nice indeed.
