Josienne Clarke – One Light is Gone


Thanks to a session on Bob’s Folk Show I got to hear about London singer-songwriter Josienne Clarke and I picked up a copy of her album One Light Is Gone this week from eMusic, essentially an acoustic offering the fourteen track release is a fine collection and a stand out amongst the crowd, Jo Silverston a member of Beat Surrender favourite the Red Clay Halo plays cello on the album.

There’s also a pay what you want release of traditional folk tunes featuring Josienne and Ben Walker  to enjoy that’s available from Bandcamp, you good have it for nothing, but will feel so much better if you pay something, give generously.
