There’s a lot going on in this album Cast Off Your Human Form the second full-length from Eau Claire WI quartet The Gentle Guest, rollicking rock, bold brass, vaudeville vocals, slick song-writing blended and distilled into this fine collection of songs – the band draw influences from all over the musical landscape and there no filler throughout the dozen tracks on show here that will take you on a rollicking forty-five minute ride, don’t expect a quiet night in when you invite The Gentle Guest over for cocktails and Hors d’œuvres.
